The Vida Pura shower filter is designed to fit most showers without an adapter. However, some showers may not have the clearence space to fit the filter. Follow these simple steps to see if you need a pivoting adapter:

1. Measure the clearance: Place a ruler or tape measure from the wall to the center of where the top of your filter will sit. You need at least 32 mm of space.
2. Determine if you need an adapter: If that clearance is under 32 mm, add our pivoting adapter for a snug, leak-free install.

Not at all! Installing your Vida Pura shower filter requires zero tools — just screw it onto your shower arm. The included washer creates a snug, leak-proof seal. The filter fits all standard ½" shower arms. For extra peace of mind, we’ve included a step-by-step printed guide in the box, plus a quick video demo on our website. Enjoy cleaner, softer water in minutes!

We recommend replacing your cartridge every three months to keep your filter performing at its best. Cartridge life can vary based on how much you use it—if you live alone and take shorter or less frequent showers, you may find your cartridge lasting up to six months before needing a change.

Every Vida Pura shower filter ships free via Australia Post’s standard service. Depending on where you are and Australia Post’s network volume, you’ll typically receive your filter within 1–8 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm AEST go out the same day; anything after 12 pm is dispatched the next business day. If you need your filter sooner, just choose Express Post at checkout!

For now, we ship only to New Zealand, Singapore, the US and the UK. We hope to expland to more countries in the future.
