How to check if you need an Adaptor
Unscrew the shower hose from the wall connection.
Check if there’s enough space to fit two fingers (about 34mm) behind the outlet.
If not, you’ll need an adaptor for proper clearance.
Once confirmed, connect your shower filter.

Will it fit my shower?
The Vida Pura shower filter was designed to fit all standard Australian shower arms—including handheld, fixed, and rain head styles. Installation is simple: just twist off your existing shower head, screw on the filter, and reattach. No tools, no plumber, just a few minutes to elevate your ritual.

will it effect my water pressure?
Our shower filters are designed to maintain optimal water flow throughout their lifespan.
However, towards the end of the filter’s life (typically 3-5 months) you may notice a slight reduction in pressure. This is a natural sign that the filter media is saturated and ready for replacement.
Do I need any tools?
Nope! Installing your Vida Pura shower filter requires zero tools — just screw it onto your shower arm.

how often do i replace the cartridges?
We recommend replacing your cartridge every three months to keep your filter performing at its best.
Cartridge life can vary based on how much you use it - e.g. if you live alone and take shorter or less frequent showers, you may find your cartridge lasting up to 5 months before needing a change.
when will my filter arrive?
Every Vida Pura shower filter ships free via Australia Post’s standard service. Depending on where you are and Australia Post’s network volume, you’ll typically receive your filter within 1–8 business days.
Orders placed before 12 pm AEST go out the same day from Ballina NSW; anything after 12 pm is dispatched the next business day. We have express shipping available if needed!
